Pensacola Duo Hit with Methamphetamine Distribution Charges

GRIMY TIMES EXCLUSIVE: In a stunning turn of events, Ronald Dale White, 39, and Darius Rafael Whisler, 33, both from Pensacola, have been hit with federal charges for their alleged roles in a massive methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. The duo faces life imprisonment if convicted.

Ronald White was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Both were arraigned earlier this month and are set to stand trial on October 6th before Judge M. Casey Rodgers.

According to the Department of Justice, the investigation into the methamphetamine distribution ring is ongoing, with the Drug Enforcement Administration, ATF, and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office all playing pivotal roles. Assistant United States Attorney Jessica S. Etherton is handling the prosecution.

The grand jury’s indictment against White and Whisler is merely an accusation of a violation of federal law and does not establish their guilt. Both men are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in court.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a national initiative aimed at eliminating cartels, transnational criminal organizations, and violent crime. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida is committed to upholding justice and protecting communities from such threats.
