SCRANTON- The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has thrown the book at Danny Sing, 59, a Philadelphia man who pleaded guilty to federal tax offenses and commercial bribery. According to officials, Sing was part of a scheme that defrauded the IRS out of millions through his company, Global Staffing Services, Inc.
