A federal grand jury in Buffalo, New York, has indicted a U.S. Postal Service employee for allegedly stealing mail and delaying its delivery.

Thirty-seven-year-old Christopher Porter of Angola, New York, was charged with two counts of theft of mail and six counts of delay of mail by a postal employee, which carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
