Quantum Integrators Group, a New Jersey-based tech consulting firm, has agreed to settle allegations of immigration discrimination, the Grimy Times has learned.

According to court documents, the company discriminated against a permanent resident by requiring unnecessary documentation to verify her eligibility for a job, and routinely requested unnecessary documents from non-U.S. citizens to demonstrate their work eligibility.

The allegations stem from a complaint filed with the Division of Civil Rights, which began investigating the company after a permanent resident filed a complaint against Quantum Integrators Group.
