Randall David Due, False Liens, Nebraska 2024

Omaha, Nebraska – In a shocking case of retaliation, Randall David Due, a 61-year-old man from Pelham, Georgia, has been found guilty of conspiring to file and filing false liens against seven federal officials. The federal jury delivered its verdict late yesterday in Omaha, Nebraska.
