Rapid City Man Sentenced for Escape
A Rapid City man has been sentenced to 4 months in custody for escape from custody, according to documents obtained by Grimy Times.
Jon Dillon, 27, was sentenced on January 15, 2016, by Chief Judge Jeffrey L. Viken, U.S. District Court. Dillon was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
Dillon was charged on August 31, 2015, and pleaded guilty on September 18, 2015. The conviction stems from Dillon leaving his residence without permission while serving part of his sentence on home confinement after a federal conviction in 2013.
