Raymond Uses The Knife III, a/k/a Yamni Uses The Knife III, 32, of Eagle Butte, South Dakota, was charged with failing to appear in U.S. Magistrate Court on April 5, 2016, for a hearing on federal felony offenses of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.

According to court documents, Uses The Knife III failed to appear in court on April 5, 2016, despite being charged with these serious crimes. He was later apprehended and appeared before U.S. Magistrate Mark A. Moreno on April 19, 2016, where he pled not guilty to the Indictment.
