Rep. McIver Indicted on Federal Charges
A federal grand jury has indicted Rep. McIver on charges related to a tussle at an immigration facility in Florida on March 10, 2024.
According to the indictment, Rep. McIver is accused of assaulting a federal officer and interfering with the duties of a federal officer while visiting the immigration facility.
