A federal inmate’s prison stay has just gotten a lot longer. Richard Ray Guerrero, 33, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for possessing a weapon at the Federal Correctional Institution at Beckley, West Virginia.

According to law enforcement, Guerrero pled guilty in April, admitting to possessing a homemade weapon consisting of two combination locks attached to a belt. This was discovered by staff members at the prison following an altercation he had with another inmate on June 30, 2017.
