Roger Bishop, a 27-year-old man from Reliance, South Dakota, has been sentenced for his role in a violent assault that left the victim with a sprained wrist.
According to the United States Attorney Ron Parsons, Bishop plead guilty to Assault by Striking, Beating, and Wounding and was sentenced on April 22, 2019, by U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno.
