Seiko Ross Sentenced for Louisville Drug Ring and Gun Charges

Four men, including Seiko Ross, were handed down severe federal sentences in connection with a drug trafficking ring operating in Louisville’s Newburg area. The defendants, hailing from Mississippi and now residing locally, were convicted of distributing cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, and methamphetamine, as well as possessing numerous firearms following felony convictions.

Seiko Ross, 38, was sentenced to 14 years and seven months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiring to distribute cocaine and possessing firearms after having previously been convicted of felonies. His record includes a conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine.

Robert Ross, 28, was sentenced to 11 years in prison with five years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and possessing seven firearms after prior felony convictions. His criminal history includes multiple firearms-related charges and a conviction for conspiracy to commit a crime.

Cory Ross, 31, received a sentence of nine years in prison with five years of supervised release for conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and distributing methamphetamine and cocaine. Andre Ross, 47, was sentenced to four years and three months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and possessing four firearms after felony convictions.

U.S. Attorney Michael A. Bennett praised the efforts of the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) and the FBI, emphasizing their dedication to community safety through strategic enforcement. “Members of this drug trafficking organization will spend a significant time behind bars, no longer posing a threat to innocent families in the Louisville area,” said Bennett.
