Simon Andrew Tuck, Stalking, Ohio 2026

A disturbing case of harassment and intimidation has come to light in Ohio, with a 44-year-old man facing federal charges for allegedly stalking and threatening two men and their families over the course of four months.

Simon Andrew Tuck, of Findlay, Ohio, has been charged with stalking, making threatening communications, and submitting false reports to the FBI, according to a federal indictment.

The indictment alleges that Tuck used several methods to carry out a course of conduct to harass and intimidate the victims, including submitting several false reports and complaints to law enforcement, a sexual assault hotline, and the employer of one of the victims.

The stalking and harassment became increasingly threatening, resulting in substantial emotional distress to the victims and their families, a federal grand jury stated.

The investigation in this case is being conducted by the FBI Toledo Resident Agency, with Assistant United States Attorney Tracey Ballard Tangeman leading the prosecution in the Northern District of Ohio.

If convicted, Tuck faces up to five years in federal prison on each count, with the sentence to be determined by the court after a review of factors unique to this case.

An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt, officials emphasized, adding that defendants are entitled to a fair trial in which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
