Stephen Hudson, 51, of Ealing, England, was charged by complaint with one count of attempted online enticement of a minor and one count of travel with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.
Hudson was detained after appearing by videoconference before U.S. Magistrate Judge José R. Almonte in Newark federal court on May 6, 2022. On May 6, 2022, Hudson traveled to an agreed-upon location in New Jersey for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with the two minors and provided approximately $1,200 in cash to the undercover law enforcement agents as previously agreed. After providing the cash to law enforcement, Hudson was arrested.
