Court documents reveal Anderson pleaded guilty to selling less than 2.8 net grams of crack cocaine on November 8, 2018 — a transaction that wasn’t isolated, but part of a broader conspiracy to traffic the drug in Syracuse. His guilty plea confirms he conspired with at least one other individual to facilitate the sale, undermining neighborhood safety and violating federal law.
The takedown was the result of a joint operation between the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Syracuse Police Department. U.S. Attorney Grant C. Jaquith, ATF Special Agent in Charge John B. DeVito, and Syracuse Police Chief Kenton T.
