Tahlequah Man Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder in Indian Country

Tahlequah resident Timothy Randall England, 36, has taken a deadly path, pleading guilty to a heinous crime that will leave a family shattered and a community shaken. England entered a guilty plea to one count of Murder in Indian Country – Second Degree.

The chilling crime unfolded on February 7, 2023, when England allegedly shot and killed a victim with an assault rifle in Cherokee County, within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
