A Pittsburgh businessman has been sentenced to five years’ probation and ordered to pay $548,412 in restitution for failing to file corporate tax returns for his company, Deep Rock Mineral Group, Inc.

Thomas E. Wingard, 39, of Bethel Park, PA, was sentenced in federal court for his conviction of failing to file a corporate tax return for his company. The sentence was handed down by United States District Judge Robert J. Colville.

According to information presented to the court, Wingard pled guilty to One Count of failing to file a corporate tax return for his company, Deep Rock Mineral Group, Inc., for the year 2017.
