Murder Rocks Latimer County: 52-Year-Old Woman Pleads Guilty to Second Degree Murder

A harrowing crime has shaken the quiet streets of Latimer County, Oklahoma. Tracy Ann Mannon, a 52-year-old resident of Wilburton, Oklahoma, has entered a guilty plea to an Information of one count of Murder in Indian Country—Second Degree. This serious offense carries a maximum penalty of up to life in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.00.

The gruesome crime is alleged to have occurred on February 26, 2024. According to the Information, Mannon unlawfully killed the victim willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with malice aforethought.
