A notorious methamphetamine dealer has been charged in the Western District of Kentucky, according to a federal indictment. Travarius Baxter, 34, of Madisonville, KY, faces serious federal charges for his alleged role in the distribution of this highly addictive substance.
Baxter is accused of distributing methamphetamine on February 17, 2022, and possessing the same substance with the intent to distribute it on March 9, 2022. If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of at least 10 years, and up to life, in federal prison. There is no parole in the federal system.
