Travis White, Randolph County Man, Admits to Transporting Stolen Property

ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – In a shocking case of interstate theft, Travis Charles White, 43, of Kerens, West Virginia, has pleaded guilty to charges related to transporting stolen U.S. Savings Bonds from West Virginia to Colorado.
