EVANSVILLE, IN – April 2024
Two women have been arrested and accused of selling drugs out of a day care in Evansville, Indiana.
According to reports, Shelby A. Smith and Brittany L. Johnson were taken into custody on April 10, 2024 after a lengthy investigation by local authorities.
The defendants are charged with Dealing in a Controlled Substance, a Level 2 Felony, and Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 3 Felony.
