ST. PAUL, Minn. – A disturbing case of child exploitation has come to an end in Minnesota. Tyler Michael Sauve, a 29-year-old Eagan man, has been sentenced to 90 months in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release for receipt of child pornography.
According to his guilty plea, Sauve admitted to possessing thousands of images and videos depicting prepubescent minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. This heinous crime is a reprehensible act that shocks the conscience.
Sauve pleaded guilty on December 15, 2022, to one count of receipt of child pornography. On [Current Date], he was sentenced today in U.S. District Court before Judge Eric C. Tostrud.
