The 2023 Award for Excellence in Victim Services was awarded to United States Attorney’s Office Victim Witness Specialist Charlotte Kovacs and Family Resources/Braking Traffik Survivor Advocate Gretchen McCall. The 2023 Law Enforcement Victim Service Award recognized the performance of Des Moines Police Department Detective Ben Carter.
