Fort Wayne, IN – In a shocking turn of events, 32-year-old Walter Ridley of Fort Wayne, Indiana, has pleaded guilty to the felony offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. This plea was made before Magistrate Judge Roger Cosbey, who is recommending that the district court accept the tendered guilty plea.

Finally, Jason Davis, 25, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment and 1 year of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. This case was the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Fort Wayne Police Department.
