East St. Louis Man Pleads Guilty to Firearm Offense
In a shocking turn of events, William Moore, a thirty year old East St. Louis man, has pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Previously Convicted Felon in Federal District Court, in East St. Louis.
