ST. PAUL, MN – Jeffrey Marcus Lucas, 62, of Isanti, Minnesota, is in deep trouble after being indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for a string of serious crimes including conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession of stolen firearms.

The 62-year-old’s criminal activities spanned from 2009 to August 2016, where he operated out of his residence in Isanti, selling and trading meth for stolen property and firearms. Assistant United States Attorney David P. Steinkamp is handling the prosecution.
