Aaron Greene, Online Coercing and Enticing Minors, Arkansas 2018

Aaron Greene, a 27-year-old man from Fort Smith, Arkansas, has been sentenced to 280 months in federal prison without the possibility of parole, followed by ten years of supervised release, for his crimes against multiple minors.

Greene was found guilty of online coercing and enticing minors to engage in illegal sexual conduct. The sentencing hearing took place in the United States District Court in Fort Smith, presided over by the Honorable P. K. Holmes, III.

The investigation began in May 2018, when officers with the Barling Police Department received information from law enforcement in the State of Georgia that an individual later identified as Aaron Greene had been soliciting pornographic images of a 12-year-old female.

Greene admitted to engaging in online relationships with a number of underage females and possessing nude images of several minors on his cellular phone. A search warrant was obtained for his phone, which revealed numerous sexually explicit images of multiple minors, ranging in age from 12 to 15 years old.

One 12-year-old minor from Oklahoma disclosed to law enforcement that Greene had engaged in sexual intercourse with her on two occasions, in addition to exchanging sexually explicit images online.

Greene was indicted in July 2018 on federal charges and pleaded guilty to enticing three separate minors online in October 2018.

This case was investigated by the Barling Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Northwest Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. Assistant United States Attorney Dustin Roberts prosecuted the case for the United States.
