Erie, PA – In a shocking turn of events, a former New York resident has been slapped with a serious charge of violating federal narcotics laws.
According to court documents, Andre Richards, 23, a former resident of Jamestown, New York, stood before a federal grand jury in Erie on a one-count indictment.
The indictment, presented to the court in March 2023, accused Richards of possessing with the intent to distribute approximately 9.5 kilograms of methamphetamine.
