A Cleveland man has admitted to distributing cocaine in Marshall County, West Virginia.
Anthony Walter Rogers, 27, of Cleveland, Ohio, pled guilty to three counts of ‘Distribution of Cocaine Base’ and one count of ‘Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base.’
The crime dates back to August 2017 and April 2018, when Rogers sold cocaine in Marshall County.
Rogers faces up to 30 years incarceration and a fine of up to $2,000,000 for each of the three distribution counts, and up to life incarceration and a fine of up to $8,000,000 for the possession count.
Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed will be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.
