ST. LOUIS – U.S. District Judge Rodney W. Sippel on Wednesday sentenced Bobby Andre, 44, of Northwoods, to 12 years in prison for robbing the Cool Spot Liquor store in St. Peters, Missouri.
On July 31, 2018, Andre entered the Cool Spot Liquor store in St. Peters, Missouri, at gunpoint and demanded money from the clerk. He used a blue cloth rag to hide his face and made off with approximately $143.
