Muskogee, Oklahoma – Bomb Threat, Assault and Counterfeit Charges

A federal grand jury has indicted five individuals in connection with a bomb threat, assault, and counterfeit charges in Oklahoma.

Eric Wayne Lockhart, 30, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, has been charged with making a bomb threat through a telephone call on June 15, 2015. The charge alleges that Lockhart used a telephone to threaten to kill, injure, and intimidate an individual by means of an explosive, affecting interstate commerce.

Lockhart faces up to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $250,000 if convicted.

Derrick Casey Fry, 35, also known as Derrek Casey Fry, of Nashoba, Oklahoma, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. The charges stem from an investigation by the Choctaw Nation Tribal Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Fry’s charges are punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $250,000 if convicted.

Javonte Shawn Alexander, 23, of Brooklyn, New York, Malik Aiulu Andrews, 19, of Oxnard, California, and James Rodney Sims, 27, of Douglasville, Georgia, have been charged with possession of 15 or more counterfeit access devices. The charges arose from an investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the United States Secret Service.

The defendants face up to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $250,000 if convicted. Assistant United States Attorneys Chris Wilson, Edward Snow, and Melody Nelson are prosecuting the cases.
