Wilson has a prior felony conviction in Clark County, which makes him prohibited by law from possessing a firearm.
The maximum statutory penalties for Wilson’s crimes include 20 years in prison for the possession with intent to distribute charge and 10 years in prison for the felon in possession of a firearm charge, as well as a term of supervised release and a fine.
Wilson pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and one count of felon in possession of a firearm. Sentencing is scheduled for November 15, 2022.
This case was investigated by the ATF and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Bianca Pucci is prosecuting the case.
