Methamphetamine Trafficking Ring Busted in Rochester

A stunning indictment has been handed down in a high-stakes methamphetamine trafficking case in Rochester, New York. Brian Donaldson, 50, of Webster, NY, and Pablo Ulloa, 33, of Rochester, NY, have been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine.
