Brian Luke Williams, 20, Sentenced for Running Victims into Bonfire
In a disturbing incident, Brian Luke Williams, 20, of Arapahoe, Wyoming, was sentenced for running victims into a bonfire while driving under the influence.
The incident occurred on March 13, 2021, at a bonfire party on the Wind River Reservation. Williams was driving a truck recklessly, intoxicated, and lost control, knocking the victims into the fire and severely burning them.
Williams transported one of the victims to the Riverton, Wyoming emergency room, while the other victim was taken by another partygoer. He remained at the hospital for several hours and even called the victims’ family to report the incident.
