Grimy Times has learned that Bridgette Marie Blackcrow, a 26-year-old resident of Lodge Pole, Montana, was arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Johnston on September 28, 2015, on charges of felony child abuse.
The case, which was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, carries a penalty of 5 years in prison, $250,000 in fines, and 3 years supervised release if Blackcrow is convicted. The indictment was handed down by the Grand Jury.
Bridgette Marie Blackcrow entered a plea of Not Guilty to the charges.
