Tulsa Man Sentenced to Life in Prison for Child Abuse
Tulsa, Okla. – In a shocking turn of events, Bryan Stanley Monholland, 59, of Tulsa, was sentenced to life in prison for aggravated sexual abuse of a minor child under 12 years of age in Indian Country. Judge Sara E. Hill handed down the harsh sentence, which includes a lifetime term of supervised release. Upon his release, Monholland will also be required to register as a sex offender.
According to court records, Monholland pleaded guilty to Lewd Molestation in 2004 and was required to register as a sex offender.
