Bryant Daigre Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine Conspiracy

A 33-year-old Garyville man has been convicted of orchestrating a massive methamphetamine operation in the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Bryant Daigre, 33, of Garyville, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 846.

According to court documents, Daigre conspired with others to distribute methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Louisiana. On August 15, 2020, he possessed over 50 grams of methamphetamine in St. John the Baptist Parish.

Daigre faces a sentence of between 5 years and 40 years of imprisonment, a fine of up to $5,000,000, at least 4 years of supervised release, and a mandatory $100 special assessment fee. Chief U.S. District Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown set sentencing for June 23, 2022.
