A 41-year-old Mexican national has been sentenced for illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition in Oklahoma.

Cesar Gonzalez Falcon, also known as Cesar Falcon Gonzalez, Cesar Gonzalez-Falcon, and Cesar Falcon Gonzales, was sentenced to time served for one count of Illegal Alien in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.

The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

According to investigators, on May 12, 2025, Gonzalez Falcon knowingly possessed a 12-gauge pump action shotgun and four rounds of ammunition, despite being an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative aimed at repelling the invasion of illegal immigration and protecting communities from violent crime.

Gonzalez Falcon pleaded guilty to the charge in federal district court on August 26, 2025. He was remanded into the custody of the U.S. Marshal for resolution of an ICE detainer.

The Honorable Ronald A. White, Senior Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan E. Soverly represented the United States.
