Christopher Deshaun Walker, Drug Distribution, West Virginia 2015

Two Martinsburg men have been accused of distributing drugs in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Christopher Deshaun Walker, 28, and Henry Aaron Shepherd, 36, were recently indicted by a federal grand jury on July 25, 2017.

Walker’s charges include two counts of ‘Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base,’ one count of ‘Distribution of Heroin,’ one count of ‘Aiding and Abetting the Distribution of Heroin,’ and one count of ‘Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin.’

The alleged crimes occurred between May and November 2015. This was a period of significant drug activity in Berkeley County, and law enforcement agencies were working to address the issue.

The Eastern Panhandle Drugs & Violent Crime Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office are credited with investigating the case.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul T. Camilletti is handling the prosecution of the case on behalf of the government.
