Tania Rosa Rodriguez, a 57-year-old Cuban national, was convicted of obtaining US citizenship by deceit in Miami. Rodriguez had applied for naturalization in 2017 and was granted citizenship in 2018, but she had concealed her involvement in a multi-million dollar healthcare fraud conspiracy during the naturalization process.
