Clearview Man Pleads Guilty to Murder
A shocking act of violence has shaken the small town of Clearview, Oklahoma. Tommy Ryan Gouge, a 41-year-old resident, has pleaded guilty to murdering a fellow citizen in Indian Country.
According to prosecutors, the gruesome crime occurred on February 14, 2020. Gouge allegedly used an edged weapon and a blunt object to take the life of his victim. The brutal act was carried out with malice aforethought, leaving a family and community in mourning.

Gouge’s guilty plea to Murder In Indian Country – Second Degree carries a severe sentence. Under federal law, he could face up to life imprisonment, a fine of up to $250,000.00, or both. The Honorable Kimberly E. West, U.S. Magistrate Judge, accepted the plea and ordered a presentence investigation report to be completed.
