Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offense and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.

The Pennsylvania State Police conducted the traffic stop leading to the seizure of the controlled substances and special agents with Homeland Security Investigations conducted the investigation leading to the Indictment in this case.
An indictment is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. This case is a stark reminder of the ongoing threat posed by drug traffickers in our communities. As we continue to work to dismantle these networks, we remain committed to bringing those responsible to justice.
The investigation leading to the indictment was a collaborative effort between the Pennsylvania State Police and Homeland Security Investigations. Their tireless work and dedication to disrupting the flow of illicit substances is invaluable to our efforts to keep our communities safe.
