Omar Morales-Negron, also known as ‘O’, was the mastermind behind a massive cocaine trafficking operation that brought thousands of kilograms of the deadly drug from Puerto Rico to John F. Kennedy Airport and Long Island. The 32-year-old Florida man was arrested on July 14, 2026, and will face federal charges in the Eastern District of New York.
