Baltimore, Maryland – The grimy halls of justice witnessed a harrowing plea deal as Kevin Graham Conlon, 30, from Cockeysville, Maryland, pleaded guilty on May 15, 2017, to charges of producing child pornography and cyberstalking.
Acting United States Attorney for the District of Maryland, Stephen M. Schenning, along with Special Agent in Charge Gordon B. Johnson of the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office and Chief Terrence B. Sheridan of the Baltimore County Police Department, announced the charges against Conlon.
According to the plea agreement, between 2014 and January 2017, Conlon coerced four minor females and two minor males into producing sexually explicit photographs and videos for him. He used fake online social network accounts, often impersonating his victims, to distribute this material in an attempt to entice more minors to join the scheme. His actions also included a relentless campaign of emotional harassment directed at the victims and their families.
Conlon’s punishment could be severe, with a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years up to 30 years in prison for producing child pornography and an additional five years for cyberstalking. The sentencing is scheduled for July 25, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., before U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz.
Acting United States Attorney Schenning commended the efforts of the FBI and Baltimore County Police Department in the investigation, while Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul E. Budlow was thanked for his work in prosecuting the federal case.
