27-Year Prison Sentence for St. Michael Man
A 37-year-old man from St. Michael, ND, has been sentenced to 27 years in prison for Second-Degree Murder and Arson.
Cody James Belgarde, 37, was found guilty by a jury in November 2023 for the murder of a 17-year-old boy, who was shot and killed in January 2021. Belgarde then set fire to the house where the murder took place.
