TULSA, Okla. – A grim sentence fell on Brady Cort Dozier today as he was sentenced for Production of Child Pornography and Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography. The 22-year-old Collinsville resident faced the music with U.S. District Judge Eric F. Melgren ordering a 240-months imprisonment, followed by lifetime supervised release, and a sex offender registry requirement upon his release. Dozier was also ordered to pay $63,000 in restitution to the child he exploited.
In 2022, the young 10-year-old became a horror statistic when Dozier sexually exploited her through cellphone videos of his own abuse. The judge’s stern order followed the revelation that Dozier possessed and distributed more than 3,700 files of child pornography, including sadistic content depicting extreme violence and raping infants and toddlers.
Analysts with the Child Victim Identification Program identified over 35 victims in this sickening case. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children stood by to offer crisis intervention and long-term support to affected families.
The sentence comes amidst a relentless investigation led by Homeland Security Investigations and the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly. Dozier will serve his time in custody pending transfer to the Bureau of Prisons.
This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an ongoing battle against child sexual exploitation since 2006. For more information on the initiative, visit Justice.gov/PSC.
