Raymontell Cooper, 42, from West Mifflin, and Derek Williams, 46, of the Bronx, have been slammed with federal charges for what could be one of the most significant drug trafficking conspiracies to hit Pennsylvania.
The feds are out for blood after the duo was indicted by a federal grand jury on February 28. According to the indictment, from early February 2017 until February 16, 2017, these alleged kingpins were busy conspiring to distribute and attempt to possess with intent to distribute a staggering five kilograms or more of cocaine, pure as the driven snow.
