According to the indictment, Hardy failed to register his address with the authorities in New York, despite being required to do so under SORNA. The alleged offense took place from November 3, 2025, and continues to the present day.
The matter was investigated by the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Pennsylvania State Police. Assistant United States Attorney Tatum R. Wilson is prosecuting the case.
