Cushing Woman Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine Distribution
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – A devastating blow has been dealt to the streets of Cushing as Mystique Patricia Moouka, a 36-year-old local woman, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.
Moouka, a resident of Cushing, Oklahoma, knowingly and intentionally possessed with intent to distribute a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine on or about December 6, 2014. Her actions have sparked outrage in the community.
The investigation into Moouka’s activities was a collaborative effort between the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The evidence collected during the investigation has led to her guilty plea.
Assistant United States Attorney Timothy Hammer represented the United States in this case.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Kimberly E. West accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report. Moouka now faces the possibility of up to 20 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $1,000,000.00.
Moouka’s guilty plea is a significant victory for law enforcement and a stark reminder of the consequences of engaging in illicit activities. The streets of Cushing are now safer thanks to the tireless efforts of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
