Debran Moore, Victoria’s Secret Theft, Connecticut 2020

Seven women from Hartford, Connecticut, have been indicted for their alleged roles in a Victoria’s Secret theft scheme that netted thousands of dollars in stolen merchandise.

According to a federal indictment unsealed on October 6, 2020, Debran Moore, also known as Debran Chanel, 21; Shamonique Mackey, 21; Dajah Fagan, 20; Tamiyah Hunter, 21; Sharnice Jackson, 19; Leonna Jones, 21; and Imani Aitcheson, 21, all of Hartford, were charged with conspiracy and fraud offenses in connection with the scheme.

The indictment alleges that the co-conspirators shoplifted merchandise from Victoria’s Secret stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts, then returned the stolen goods for gift cards, which they redeemed at Victoria’s Secret stores and then returned again for a full refund.
