McLaughlin, SD – Melissa Rose Decoteau, 35, is headed to federal prison after admitting her role in a methamphetamine distribution ring operating on the Standing Rock Sioux Indian Reservation. Decoteau, also known as Melissa Rose Bobtail Bear, pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine.
